Art Print Appreciation

I’ve been interested in buying a good printer that isn’t crazy expensive, for printing some nice Prints of my Digital Art. I don’t know anything about printers, all i know is i want the prints to be clear and sharp so I can be confident when i sell them.

What is a good brand? Ink jet or Laser, which is better for art prints? Any specific printers you could link?

We aren’t very artistic. Nor have any experience with crafts. These seems like crafts. Good instructions - just every time he does one - it seems it isn’t very great looking and keeping supplies for this is hard.

In a celtic goods mag I recieved through the mail a few years ago, (I cant remember which one but I know it wasnt gryphons moon but a similar one) where they sell celtic jewelry, art, clothing such as capes, skirts, home decor, etc. I saw this art poster which displayed a baby with grass for hair, fairies around sitting in front of a wterfall or something with strange looking mystical creatures around. The title of it had “Dream” in the name but thats all I remember. I have googled this thing for months with no luck. Anyone remember this? I am desperate to find this art poster.

i mean like the material. on allposters.com, some of them are posters, others are art prints that can be framed or mounted. What is an art print exactly. is it bendable & fragile like a poster, or is it like a canvas, or what?

What is the process of taking a canvas painting and making a print in order to sell? As inexpensively as possible, too…

1 - Can I take a CD of scans or digital photos to kinkos (or staples) to make copies? If not, where else (I do not own a printer)?

2 - What kind of paper should I be looking into? Please be as specific as possible
