They might have gotten a picture from America’s Next Top Model Cycle 9’s Anti - Smoking shoot.
If you scroll down under the picture on the page, and look a bit to the right, you’ll see a drop down menu. Just click on each of those and see the pictures. Even if the one in your doctors office isn’t on there, they all have the same idea you were talking about in your question, so maybe you will even find one you like better.
