I want to create my own rose-art-type fuzzy posters?

You can try the stick on felt, like the green stuff. I’m not sure if it comes in black though, I just know of green, blue and red. I would say draw the design on the back of the felt before you peel the paper off and use a sharpie because the paper is a bit waxy. Then cut your picture out using a very sharp scalple or exacto knife, and stick onto a piece of white cardboard, you should be able to find white in any craft store. A C Moore, Michaels, or an art store, but they’d be more pricey.
I think there is also a product where you apply glue and then apply black fuzz…I think this is what they use for the Rose Art posters because the one I have, the black seems to come off a little.
