I’m an artist and I’ve been selling limited fine art prints for awhile now. Most recently I’ve decided to do open edition photo prints of some of my work as well. I’m trying to decide whether or not to print them with borders not. When you purchase art prints what do you prefer, white borders or no borders at all?

it depends, i think it be good without border because if your going to hang them up in a real border then it would look better but then again with a white border it looks good too IF your going to hang them like posters. I’d say without border!

i normally prefer no border—gives stronger and more contemporary look.
