Framing posters of fine art?

I bought a poster of Van Gogh - Starry Night 2 from Art.com for $2.00. Id like to now bring it to a picture shop and have it framed. It would be sooo much cheaper than buying the picture and the quality is good. Do people ever do this?
The picture itself would cost at least 400 probably if I bought it at a store.

smart idea. if you want a good fram job go to a costom frame shop although they will be expensive, or if you just want a frame you can go to the store.
