    I don’t know, it depends on who owns the rights.. if the tobacco and alcohol companies are still around, you might be in hot water. The old war posters may be copyrighted by the government. I don’t know how much trouble you’re likely to get into selling a few shirts, unless you sell a lot of them or they find out about it somehow

    The only thing you would have to worry about is copyright infringement. If there is copyright you have to have written consent from the company or person. I’m not entirely sure, but if something is really old the copyright expires on it.

    Yes, you could be liable legally, if any of the images you used are copyrighted.
