Art Print Appreciation

I’ve been interested in buying a good printer that isn’t crazy expensive, for printing some nice Prints of my Digital Art. I don’t know anything about printers, all i know is i want the prints to be clear and sharp so I can be confident when i sell them.

What is a good brand? Ink jet or Laser, which is better for art prints? Any specific printers you could link?

I’ve been to fedex, but I only printed out one piece of art and they laser printed it. Is it also the way to go? Laser printing? What should do you suggest? Are known stores like fedex, kinkos, etc a good place to print outa small amount of prints?
